 "It's been more than a year. You have to live your life." "You can't keep holding on to it forever." Everyone must have heard similar sentences being uttered to someone who has experienced the death of someone near and dear, at least once in their life. "Are these people right? Am I just wasting my life?" "How would they know what you are going through?" or so goes the response thoughts. Who is right in all this? Is grieving someone or something you have loved such a bad thing? No, it isn't actually. Let's see why and when it becomes not okay.   Grief Grieving is such a complex thing, isn't it?
